Fight Gone Bad 5
Hello All,
As you Know September 25th is the Fight gone bad date this year. As always the event will be held at CrossFit Amelia Island. For the Past five years we have all come together under the CrossFit East Family Banner. I consider it an honor and hope to maintain our closeness by doing these events. I fully realize each of you are members or run your own boxes and have developed teams. http://fgb5.org/

These are the National rules. Ben Plotnicki (CF Nocatee) is this year’s Group leader. Contact Ben for further. .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
If you choose to register online under the CrossFit East Group, Cool. If you choose to represent your Box as a separated team, ALSO COOL.

What I care about is simple. CFEF COMING TOGETHER WITH A LOT OF HEART, SOUL and BODIES for a cause. Bring cash, we will take it, total it and send it in. Develop sponsors on line and contribute that way, Show up and buy affiliate T-Shirts…..Whatever. But show up !! This is also a time to MEET the Box owners and the rest of the CFEF Family.

You may form unofficial teams; or we will group you at the door. You can go solo...whatever. Well that's it. No pitch. Show up; Shut up work out..for a cause. Bring your friends.

Remember the location is CrossFit Amelia Island. The vent is about 2.5 hours, and then you can spend your day in Fernandina after the event is over.

Bonus...keep October 25th on your back burner.

2010 CrossFit Games Dirty South
Hello everyone,
Our Regional Qualifier date is fast approaching and now that the Sectionals are all complete its time for the Regional Qualifier information to start flowing. This will be the first of many emails detailing our event information, I will apologize up front in that you may see several duplicate emails as new participants add onto our event, please open all emails and take a brief read to confirm that you are current with the relayed information. If this information is not related to you or your participation this year please send me an email and I will remove you from our list.

A format change on the CrossFit Games main site is forthcoming, so please stay tuned as this will be a very current and accurate method of communication. Additionally, we have a Facebook page 2010 CrossFit Games Dirty South, please see this as a social network that will function as a lighter side to the main site event posts for everyone to communicate on.

As you will read in the attachment the big event news is that we will be competing on Friday afternoon, yes the event was published for the 28th, 29th and 30th of May but instead of only having mandatory check-in registration on Friday there will be competition WODs for the Affiliate Teams and Masters in the afternoon. See attached.

I request from everyone to recruit and fill registration with quality Event Judges and volunteer staff, nothing will make or break an event like the troops behind the scenes, please register early. Lastly sponsorship opportunities are still available, See attached.

Congratulations to the athletes who have qualified and good luck to everyone who plans on attending our event!

Questions or concerns I am always available see these links or call below,
