WOD:
2 Widths - Kickboard flutter, 50 Air Squats
40 1/4 Dips - on parellelettes, 30 KB Swings - (Russian - to eye level)
200 m Run - to get to Pull-up bars, 2 Jumping Pull-ups
200m Run - back to Pool, 2 widths - Sidestroke
(3 Rounds)
