CrossFitEast (The Workout Warriors)
The Crossfit Nation is presenting fitness at a level beyond others, our programs meet the needs of everyone interested in human performance by introducing exercises and protocols that have been proven to produce superior performance.  CrossfitEast is a family of training centers generally located in Jacksonville, FL.  We have a strong family of trainers and sites. The CrossfitEast Family (CFEF) consists of certified trainers and up and coming trainers representing Coach Greg Glassman’s Crossfit Community. CrossfitHQ; s concept of functional fitness is mirrored in our programs.  CrossfitEast ( CFE ) is the East Coast ( Florida ) representative of Coach Greg Glassman’s Crossfit Community. CrossfitHQ;s concept of functional fitness is mirrored in our programs. We offer training for anyone interested in fitness as it relates to living. Allow yourself to experience workouts that blend functional concepts into seamless exercise routines. These programs have changed the definition of fitness for Military, Law Enforcement and elite athletic programs. More importantly, high school students, weekend warriors and folks of all ages are beginning to understand the key to superwellness. Crossfit and its community is the key.
