On a 25-minute clock:

Run 1.5 miles

Then perform as many rounds as possible of:

10 push-ups

20 lunges 30 sit-ups

Bench – Squat

20 minutes rotate between two stations.

E2MOM 5 back squats at 75% of 1 RM / 6 box jumps 

Rest the remainder of the two minutes.

E2MOM -5 bench press at 75% of 1 RM / 5 Deck Release Push-ups.
